They're really great and responsive. The Groupon is sometimes confusing to get redeemed but I've always been able to sort it out with them within a day. They have a flawless online system but only if payment is credit card. They haven't worked out out yet to accept the Groupon/ schedule without personal payment yet which is why you have to track down senior management. Which like I said is fast!

The customer service provided by Kim was amazing. She was helpful and took care of my concerns. The wash and fold service included pick up and delivery which made this even easier for me. I plan to continue using this service with Sage after my Groupon expires.
