We were told on two diffret occations a hot tub would be available on balcony.. The was no hot tu available to us at all!! We know the place was not full. The showers were atrocious!! Couldn't take a shower without flooding the room.... They told us to put towles down when taking showers.

D'Monaco Luxury Villas Resort is in a beautiful location, the villa was clean, and the staff was polite. But the front desk is often not staffed. I'm not sure why they don't provide the worker a cell phone to carry with her when she needs to leave to take care of something. There are no reading lamps by the couch or by the beds. They thoughtfully provided several news magazines--but they were all a year old. There were no luggage racks. A few changes could really improve the experience.
