The tandem kayak was very uncomfortable (even for a young person with no back problems). Nicer kayaks with back support would be great, or if they warned prospective customers that a kayak may not be the most comfortable for the 2+ hour trip. Also, the trip was advertised as an eco-tour with commentary by a guide, however our guide did not provide much commentary on the local surroundings at all.

Let people know to meet in the park - instead of looking for a house number on Spencer Street. Advise people to bring water (let them know they can take it in a kayak) Let people know you head downstream and are taxied back.
