Front desk staff is rude and very slow to answer phone calls. I waited over 30min to speak to someone. Baitnand switch for other procedures is not professional.

I didn't know about this place until I found it through Groupon. I almost was going to cancel after reading the reviews I read in Yelp. I am glad I didn't because none of those reviews are true. I didn't wait long. They were on time, really friendly, made me feel at home. I even got a treat by getting a peel for just an added fraction of a price. It did make my skin so much better than before. The skin care they recommended isn't that pricey at all. It's reasonable, and you pay right for the results that you get. I am a regular client now. I trust them. I highly recommend this place!
