Great customer service. Brittney provided pre-consultation few days before the hair cut and color via text message and phone call. If the color which is not good for your hair (going to damage the hair), she will suggest not to choice. The result is good after the cut.

She was not super personable. didn't offer anything to drink or ask many questions. I was not impressed with the blow dry, my hair was back to frizzy within 15 minutes.
