Had my first hypnotherapy session with Darlene and I can’t say enough good things! She is so easy to talk to and is very positive and uplifting. The session was extremely relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards. I couldn’t stop smiling leaving her office. Highly highly recommend!

I like Darlene method she is very through I have been a smoker for 45 years it has been 2 days since my first appointment and I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised my cravings are very few and far inbetween and I'm not grouchy or depressed thus far I will have another session with her in a week and then again in 2 weeks
