No no no no. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Groupon should ban this company from partnering.

They were nice until we told them we were using a groupon. After that they were quite rude and said witht that you will have to pay the full price plus shipping and not the price shown in the furnitures ticket. Acording to them that was the discounted price. Also you can't use it to buy floor furniture. It is really not worth to buy it since they will charge you so much more over the ticket price that makes the groupon useless.

Ashley Furniture did not honor the terms stated on the Groupon. Despite the fact that neither Ashley Furniture's promotional flier nor the Groupon stated that a Groupon could not be applied to a promotional price, the Assistant General Manager Lee Ward refused to apply the Groupon in conjunction with the current promotional price of the furniture purchased. I had to pay the full price of the furniture as priced in the Glenwood Avenue store. (The promotional price reduced the purchase price by 10%; the online price-matching would have reduced the price even more.) Mr. Ward said that he would have price-matched the furniture or applied a 10% discount (the current promotion) if I was not using a Groupon. Further, although the Groupon page states that the Groupon can be used in conjunction with price-matching on the Ashley Furniture website, Assistant General Manager Lee Ward stated that "must be a lie" and also refused to Price match the recliner as priced on the Ashley Furniture website. I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and poor communication experienced at the Glenwood Avenue location. I plan to follow up with the General Manager regarding my experience.

The groupon is worth nothing. The offer had so many restrictions (not detailed in the offer fineprint) at the store that it wasn't worth using for anything. And these restrictions varied by store. Which is why I was unable to use the groupon.
