The quality of the dry cleaning was not at par with others I have gone to. They also ruined a very delicate special shirt called a "Barong Tagalog," claiming that it was old and already had holes prior to. If they noticed the holes in the beginning, they should not have worked on it and alerted us about it. I have a picture that shows when my husband first got it last year and tried it on for his grandmother to see. We never saw holes. He has never worn it from that time, waiting until we can find time to bring it to the dry cleaners. I have to admit that it may have been an old stock bec of the stains. The shirt is ruined and all they are offering is a $25 certificate, not a replacement.
