About Zazi Mediterranean Grill

Chef Moe was successful at his job at a Fortune 500 company, but there was something missing: his grandma's hummus. Uninspired by the flavorless falafels and kabob he found at other restaurants, he opened ZaZi Mediterranean Grill to reconnect with the food of his childhood in the Mediterranean. Read on to learn about how you enjoy the fruits of Chef Moe's labor with a custom entrée at ZaZi:

  • Step one: choose from a wrap, a pita baked in-house, or a plate of basmati rice or bulgur pilaf
  • Step two: choose one of five proteins, including non-GMO falafel, marinated chicken shawarma, and ground-beef kafta infused with parsley, onions, and Mediterranean spices
  • Step three: finish things off with a selection of sauces—yogurt cucumber or tahini, for example—and veggies
