Shear Genius, Bridgeton

I purchased 4 shellac manicures from Laura at Angels on the Balcony. I called to schedule my first appointment. She informed me she was no longer at the shop but that she would do my nails in my home. I agreed to that. She came over twice and was very friendly and pleasant. When I texted her about scheduling the third manicure, she sent an extremely rude reply and did not offer me a date for an appointment. I contacted Groupon and explained the situation. They asked that I wait 3-4 business days to see if she would contact me. After about a week had passed she did contact me but was once again very rude. In addition she stated that I would have to drive to her house (which isn't close to me at all) for the final 2 manicures. I forwarded this text to Groupon and requested a 50% refund which they gave to me in Groupon Bucks. They also apologized for the bad experience and thanked me for my feedback. I found Laura to be lacking in professionalism and integrity. I would not recommend purchasing a Groupon from her.

They never answer their phone. I never got to use my groupon. I called between December 2015 and when it expired over 30 times. I left messages with no one EVER contacting me back. I have had problems with another nail salon not being able to use my groupon. I think this was a total scam. I had another friend get this also and never got in. Maybe they went out of business.
