Rollin Stone Wood Fired Pizza, Brighton

In 2012, Rollin' Stone Wood Fired Pizza opened as a food truck to roam Michigan streets with its passion for fire-licked pies. It then opened its first brick and mortar locale in 2018 with a full menu and a perfected homemade dough recipe: part imported Italian flour, part locally sourced flour.

At 900 degrees for less than 90 seconds, it bakes its artisan pizzas in a wood fire oven. It makes specialty pies like the chicken Mediterranean with fresh spinach and feta as well as its sweet baby barbecue with crumbles of bacon under a drizzle of barbecue sauce. In addition to specialty pizzas and make-your-owns, it crafts garden salads like its antipasto—grape tomatoes with succulent cucumber and pepperoni.
