Bikram Yoga Rochester/ Koga Yoga, Pittsford

Koga is a newly-rebranded hot yoga studio in Rochester. When viewed through the wall of mirrors at Koga, the studio's wood-paneled interior seems to go on forever. In 105°F heat, such a scene helps students focus on working through the intensive yoga poses that systematically engage the entire body, as demonstrated by an experienced instructor at the front of the room. The pupils watch themselves twist and bend during these 90-minute classes, after which they can imbibe one of the studio's housemade kombucha drinks, a refreshing, effervescent beverage that hydrates and replenishes the body.
