Hi Elizabeth, I am sorry your experience was not positive. We use a large handpiece and with the gel we can see where we go and is almost impossible to not hit every area. We do overlap to the degree we are suppose to . One of the tricks to laser hair removal is to get it during the active stage of hair growth. Therefore, it can look very patchy in areas. It can almost look odd in some areas. If you could call the office to discuss further and we can also take a look at the area. Client results are number one here.
