Rochester Optical and Dr. Roberts came highly recommended by a friend. My experience with Rochester Optical was a very positive one. Dr. Roberts cleared up some long standing issues I'd had that my prior doctor could not answer. He was kind, personable, patient & professional in addressing the many questions I had. The staff was terrific - all the same in description - in helping me through the process of choosing the correct eye wear, both glasses & contact lenses. I was so stressed by the time I found Rochester Optical, it was such a relief to have such great assistance in taking care of this part of my health care. I can't say enough good things about Rochester Optical!

first the man said 1 thing and then it was different story with the bill. got that sorta straightened out. then when the glasses came in they were not correct after 6 hrs. of headacks ! and lastly im STILL waiting for my glasses going on 5 days AGAIN . . .
