My wife and I did as a date night - had never done rock climbing before. The orientation was seamless and easy to understand and we had a great time climbing once it was complete.

We tried this on a day many schools were off, so it was very busy. Thankfully the waits for climbing went quickly and everyone was very courteous. Our one issue was checking in and gearing up. staffing seemed low for such a busy day and it was 20 minutes from walking in until we could begin climbing. So maybe allow extra time for that on busier days. Otherwise it was a great experience.
