This was not a good experience. I arrived 10 minutes early as I usually do for massages for the changing time and paperwork. She was still with someone so she had me wait outside and did not give me any paperwork, then about 5 minutes after my start time she finally gave me paperwork to fill out, then disappeared for awhile, then talked to me for awhile (not about my massage) then finally started the massage 20 minutes after my appt time. She then finished my massage 30 minutes later when it was supposed to be 55 mins! When I said something about how short it was, she said it was in the "small print" that paperwork and all of that are part of my massage time. To top it off, the massage was not good. Zero pressure and seemed to have no technique.

I was scheduled for a 55 minute massage through Group On and only received 40 minutes.

worst service I ever had with group-on!!! Massage Therapist was flat out rude, they called me on the day of appointment and demanded we reschedule because they needed to fit into thier schedule.
