I was VERY disappointed with this merchant. The minute we met , he explained to me that since I used a GroupOn to purchase his services he wouldn't have much time explaining things to me. He stated that his full focus would be to his full price paying customers. He vented how he makes no money off of GroupOns therefore he wouldn't spend much time or energy accommodating. At the very beginning of our second session before we started he said: "Wait, let me go check when your sessions end". During our sessions he spent a lot of time bashing other gyms and why they don't work. He also cut my time short by 10 minutes! IT'S ONLY A 30 MINUTE WORKOUT!!! I didn't go back after 2 sessions...
