Average Japanese restaurant. Service a bit slow; food ok. Had too many restrictions which were not published on Groupon such as can't use for certain food items at certain times and days. On their website, said it's open on Wednesday, but in fact it wasn't at all or ever.

very strict times when you can use groupon made it a HASSLE. i had to eat my sushi alone because she wouldnt let me take it carry-out.

Terrible! ! It was a joke. Worst sevice and the food was horrible. The shrimp had not been cleaned they serve sirloin instead of filet mignon although I payed gor filet. It was a total joke.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times in the past and always enjoyed it. However, when I arrived to use my Groupon (1 day before expiration), as soon as I entered the rude hostess asked if I was there with a Groupon. I replied affirmatively and immediately felt the unfriendliness/coldness from her. We received extremely slow table service and waited almost 45 minutes for our food. When I inquired what the cause of the delay was, the hostess informed me that the restaurant was busy. The dining room was only 25% full. I believe the intention of businesses offering Groupons is to increase their business. I would think someone using a Groupon would be treated well so he or she return. Well, not in this case. I have never been treated in this manner when using a Groupon before. IT is unfortunate the experience I had as I will never return to this restaurant. There are several Japanese steakhouses in the area so the management atb Tokyo had been advise their employees that THEY serve the customers not vice versa.

Bad service, not so great tasting food & very small portions for what you have to pay. We will NEVER go back Groupon or no Groupon!
