We confirmed the pickup time via email the week before our trip. They called the day before to confirm again the pickup time and then the day of our trip they did not show up. I called them when they were 10 minutes late and was told they thought our pickup time was an hour later than it was.

The gentleman who drove us to/from the airport was very kind, even with our flight being delayed. The only thing to note about the groupon is that you still pay tolls and tip above and beyond the offer.
