Poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone, email or text messages. It’s hard to get onhold of them if you want to reschedule. I tried to reschedule days before my appointment but didn’t get a response. I showed up late because it was the earliest time I could be there and they didnt try to meet half way or reschedule even though the appointment was paid for. was told that I had to pay again to book another appointment. Don’t recommend.

Staff and services were good. Atmosphere was not as relaxing as I hoped (street noise and under construction) and I was seated in common area for my foot detox treatment.

Deal fell short of my expectations. I got the foot bath, massage, and facial package. The foot bath was in a common area. Just a bucket of hot water. The facial was just a few layers of lotions lathered on my face. Masseuse was the only plus. Super friendly. I finished at 7 and employees were gone by then with the exception of my masseuse. No one at counter to ask about experience. Don’t recommend
