Emily, as I explained at your session, and its also written when making the appointment, sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length. Because you were not happy when you left and mentioned you had paid for an hour, I took note of the start and end times. Your session started 10 minutes early, at 4:20. It ended at 5:11. Reiki isn't a modality that can be determined by a time frame. Energy flows until it doesn't. Ask any reiki master, sometimes sessions are as short as 15 minutes. My session times are very clearly posted when making an appointment, I am sorry you were disappointed but you received exactly what you were supposed to.

I explained that I was called out of town for a family emergency. I used the cancelation function on my scheduler. A scheduler created for professionals. As a client since 2015 you know that scheduling is done via email and so are reminders. I'm sorry you didn't check your email. Life happens and if the tables were reversed I would be kinder to someone who had an emergency come up suddenly.
