Terrible. I bought a package of 5 infrared sauna sessions and they will not honor my sessions. I was told the sessions would never expire and now I’m being told they did expire and I can’t use them. Terrible business practice. Also, they complained about Groupon to me and said they did not make any money from Groupon.

This is the perfect sauna for anyone looking to be isolated in their own sauna room as if they were home. BAC provided everything, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower, deodorant and a tablet to choose from Netflix or music. I would definitely go back. Oh its very clean!

Sauna is I a private room with its own shower. Very clean, only downside was hearing people drop weights in the other room.
