The service was excellent I was in and out in about 2hours had remote start and alarm installed the Groupon price was 299 but I had to install a bypass module which was an additional 200 bucks

They up sell everything so just be ready to pay another $100 and then Russian sales person is rude disrespectful and his English is horrible.

I like the fact that I can now start my vehicle remotely. I was not too happy to have to spend an additional $75.00 for a bypass ,Which was stated clearly that one was a part of the deal.otherwise the service was good . Only provides drop off . No waiting area and it takes about 2 hours average for an installation. So consider that before you go .
Again the only real issue I had is that I had to pay more so call before you buy.find out if what you are going to purchase will work on your vehicle as it is described in the description, so you will not have to use your credit card for something that you did not budget for.

The staff is friendly, however the product that was sold on Groupon is out of stock. I did agreed to pay for the upgrade, so that's on me. However, customers who purchased the deal would be upset to think this is a sort of "bait n switch". Overall, I'm okay with the service.
