There was barely any wait time and the staff were professional and courteous. I had Matt, who really asked what I wanted done and followed through beautifully.

The colorist, Crystal, did NOT listen to my request and colored my hair eggplant purple. I specifically asked for red without a violet base. I asked for balayage and got a full head of foil highlights. It took 2 1/2 hours to ruin my hair, another 3 1/2 hour visit (with a specialist) to fix the color and a third visit to tone the color. My hair is straw.
