Email exchanges are pretty straightforward and responses come in less than 24 hours— PLEASE always double-check and read the terms and whatever else is being sent back and forth. ASK QUESTIONS when necessary—never assume. When saving your groupon, click print, save as PDF and attach that to the email you send to your specialist. It will help speed things up as they will send that to marketing to verify the groupon's authenticity. The specialist named Damir that I spoke to was efficient, helpful and flexible. I unknowingly booked the wrong date and he managed to get a few guys coming to my pick up address within 40 minutes on the day of the move. (This may not always be the case but I thought that I would note this since it happened.) Don't forget to tip well (at least 20% of your total) if you enjoyed your moving experience. The two movers were very professional, skilled, and personable. (Again, this may not be the case for everyone.) I am very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my first moving experience with Dumbo Moving & Storage.
