Never again! Where do I begin? They NEVER specified that they stop doing arrangements at 5pm. Would have been a nice disclosure to list for a groupon valid till 7pm. Plans foiled! They offered delivery to spare me having to return in-store. After several minutes of taking my info/placing order, just as I hand over my card I get told, 'Oh by the way we only deliver in Manhattan'. The address taken was in Brooklyn -___-. I'm livid & decide to just come back & pick-up. The final straw? They handed me an arrangement with an ineligible thank you card because their 'ink was low'. Had to make a fuss & she hand-wrote it over! The balloon I paid $6 extra for was forgotten. $$ lost! Stay away!
