What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer crossfit equipment such as Rogue power racks, land mines, bumper plates, Concept 2 rower, Skierg, and Plyometrics. Train using ROGUE kettle bells and an outdoors cross fit area for circuit training. We offer conventional weights along with Hoist and Cybex and Cardio gym equipment.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being a ex military physical fitness was a very important aspect to a healthy lifestyle. I believed that a cross fit and old -school approach was needed in neighborhood. Small Business in gym sector great way to help the community
