What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
One day I went to a very busy spa salon recieving laser hair removal treatments. I was pleased with results but their staff was very rude and they had horrible customer service. This is when I decided to open my own spa and put a smile on the face of every single client visiting us.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to meet different people, communicate with them, discuss their problems and try to help them as much as I can.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I love this place! it is beautiful,nice,clean and stuff is very professional. Roza is wonderful,helpful and she really cares about customers. if you are concidering of getting any treatments at that Fabulous Touch place i promise,you will not regret it.

I booked an appointment then they called and canceled the day before. I reached early for my appointment but had to wait 20 mins after my scheduled time. I was charged $8 tax on a $30 Groupon. When I asked the person at the front desk said it based on the original price. BS! The microdermabrasion itself was good.

I purchased 10 sessions and I plan to do double cavi-lipo each time to speed up the process. I also purchased 4 sessions of VelaShape to tighten my stomach. I workout 4 days a week and lift heavy but my stomach refuse to cooperate. I will be realistic and hope to lose at least 2 inches around my stomach. I am a solid big woman, 5’5 193 lbs, size Large in dresses and Size 12 in jeans.
