"We are not your usual Caribbean restaurant," proclaims the staff of Footprints on their website, and a glance at their menu reveals this statement's truth. Chefs' hallmark dish is the Rasta Pasta, an endlessly customizable dish that tops penne with a choice of traditional Caribbean meats: steak, oxtail, jerk fish, and tofu are counted among the options. Diners can also use these and other toppings to crown fries, roti bread, or Jamaican flatbread, or they might simply ogle the selection of tropical salads, multi-meat platters, and fresh juices. Weekend specials are never the same for more than 2 weeks, so new dishes to try are always on the horizon as well.
