Great experience!

I was very comfortable at Hosanna. The place is Super Clean and I highly recommend going there for a colonic.

The actual colonic was not a bad experience for my first time. There was some slight discomfort but no pain upon insertion of the tool for the water (at least not the first time.) I do feel a bit lighter. I also booked 2 more sessions as was suggested. In regards to the staff...... the woman that actually performed my colonic needs to improve on her customer service skills to put it politely. Bad attitude in other words. In the middle of my session she suggested I use the restroom to remove some of the gas. She rushed me while I was in the restroom though I was only in there for a few minutes (about 5). And if you've ever used the bathroom after a colonic you must know how messy it can be. Upon my return to finish the session, in her eagerness to finish though I still had 15 minutes left, she almost rammed the tool up the wrong hole and I almost crawled off the table and had to let her know. She apologized which I accepted. But in doing something so personal and intrusive she should be a bit more gentle. Might I add, when I called right at the time I was to start the session just to inform her that I was looking for parking, she basically told me park at Target its $3.00 and hurry up because there is only a few minutes grace period (with an attitude). She also harped on me for not having exact change for the $8 taxes that were added to my Groupon purchase. I gave her a $20 and she said "Didn't you get the email from us stating to have exact change?" However, I never received an email from them. To conclude, my overall experience is a 3 for that reason.

I felt very comfortable. Great service friendly and welcoming. Will schedule my second appointment very soon.
