Added gel removal and glitter and ended up with a $37 balance after,that’s fine, the woman who did my nails thought she was running interference on me stealing an OPI nail polish. I was just looking. Still tipped her $20 bc I didn’t realize what their under breath comments meant until after I had left. It’s a shame to be treated like that as a paying and tipping customer. Nails came out rough.

Yes ran out first Groupon for the season accidentally totalled up ticket wrong. Had you mentioned on spot when you sent PayPal payment, or reached out to us we would have taken care of it on spot. We apologize for inconvenience but why not give a business a chance. You had my direct WhatsApp number. Regarding OPI bottle, are you accusing us of stealing? I the owner, was there the whole time there was not mention of any nail polish bottle that was not ours. You seemed very happy and tipped generously. Although we messed up this is harsh and aggressive way to deal with a very simple situation.

all of this comes to my attention as I logged in to my PayPal account otherwise I wouldn't have even known. Overcharge was just refunded. My concern is why embellish the story. Cameras were just reviewed. As you were getting your powder manicure no nail polish bottle was around. At no point did you remove anything from your bag at no point anyone touched your bag.
