I recently got a Russian manicure and pedicure, and while the staff at the salon were truly kind and welcoming, I personally don’t feel like the service was worth it. The nail polish started showing signs of wear in less than a week, and even from day one, some nails looked uneven and poorly done. The cuticles, which with proper Russian manicures usually last me a month, were already in rough shape just a few days later.
As for the pedicure, I actually found the manicure to be much better in comparison. The pedicure felt rushed — they didn’t properly file or treat the calluses, and the polish on my toes also looked uneven.
Overall, I don’t think the price reflects the quality of the service I received. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.
