First and foremost, I went to the 150 Riverside Dr. address. I went directly to use my groupon voucher. I couldn't find the business. I emailed Natural Trats NYC and received a quick response When you called the number, the voice message asks for you to leave your name and number in order for someone to get back to you. It was very hard to find because it is located inside a Nursing Facility. What kind of business are we running here???? I went back only to find that it appears to be a makeshift business within a business. I had to ask If I was in the right place because there is no sign of the establishments name? Very dirty and unhygienically kept. Very DISGUSTING and conducive to bacteria. The man who made the smoothie did not wash the blender cup with soap and water instead only rinsed it from the previous juice residue that was left in the cup. How can Groupon agree to represent such a business. I will definitely NOT be going back there again. Totally AWFUL experience!!!!

it ok if you live in the area if you don't it a detour an the is nothing to do around that it in a vitamin shop so no place to site an relax but the drink are good and the service is ok.
