When I went in, the "head" olorist checked my hair, and said that they chad to charge me an extra $40 fee because they had to use more that 2 ounces of color Now, the Groupon "fine prints" did not mention anything about roots It only said if your hair is thick and longer than 12 inches they will charge a fee My hair does not fall into these categories Few minutes after, When I told them that I didn't see it anywhere in the coupon, The main colorist told me that they would throw in a blow out as a complement The lady who did my hair was extremely competent and my hair looks like I wanted it But I will not go back to this establishment I would have overtipped but I dislike being surprised like that I wanted a deal that's why I used Groupon With the money I spent there I could've gone to my own salon and requested my hair stylist I'm very disappointed in Groupon I'll probably won't buy any services off of here again Another person who seemed like she was in charge "apologized" to me but made me feel guilty for being upset about the fee Of course, I'm already there in the chair, I'm not going to get up and leave this is unacceptable
