About The Burger Bistro

The Burger Bistro offers a unique, custom dining experience, allowing individuals to create their own burgers using a variety of fresh ingredients. The space originally opened in 2010 by Founders and Co-owners John and Vincent, friends and co-workers who have years of experience working side-by-side in the restaurant industry.

The Burger Bistro features a large variety of proteins, toppings, sauces, and breads, ranging from classic american cheese to tuna steak and veggie patties, and doughnut burger buns. Additionally, it serves a range of specialty sides and starters, such as buffalo tater tots and deep fried corn on the cob.
