What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want to provide clients with the time they need and deserve for their pet with the veterinarian. There is adequate appointment time scheduled so as a client you don't feel rushed. I enjoy caring for pets and keeping them healthy.

What do you love most about your job?
The time I get to spend with the pets and clients. Treating sick pets and see them get well.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That I am compassionate and truly care about the pets

They were excellent! I love how the vet came in and got on the floor to connect with my pup before doing the exam. Wonderful staff!

Everyone there was great. Very genuine and compassionate. Weren't pushy like other vets we've had..gave us options and opinions on different treatments for our pup. We'll be taking both of our dogs here from now on.

Absolutely Loved Dr. Smalls. Office is very patient focused. Once the Vet came in, she gave us her undivided attention. Stayed with us and answered all questions. Dr. Smalls is very welcoming and takes her time. Will definitely be returning with our other animals. Groupon covered everything as explained.
