Liked the format of the class. Friendly staff, although it felt strange that the instructor kept saying my name in an encouraging way during class but didn’t take the time to introduce herself to me before class. It’s like she had a list of names of the new participants and said them when she had space to kill. “Let’s go Susie” “great job Emily”. Felt kinda manufactured. Very clean. Environment was very modern

The 20/20/20 concept hits all major workout groups. A warm up into a challenging spin, a sweaty HIIT and then a cool down stretchy Yoga. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and offer alternatives to the HIIT movements
