Immediate talk about pricing and booking for next procedure before even beginning the procedure I came in for that day. Was told the owners lost money because I purchased a Groupon. I was asked if I had any questions afterwards and said no to which my aesthetician responded, “well most first timers ask about tips and how much they should leave. Would you like to tip with card or Venmo? I was happy with the procedure but not with how money focused my lady was.
