They didn’t even do room service. When we came back from been all day in the beach we didn’t have clean towels. We called the front office by the time the brought our towels it was super late.

Reservations were not even there, had to wait for them to find a room. After checking out, the resort wanted to charge me again and even more.

2 years ago I used Groupon for this same place and it was great. I was very disappointed this year. In short, they claimed that the water park passes were not included this time around, so Torrid river was conveniently not open, they had a fee for not replacing beach towels (?), room keys had to be changed several times, park was only open until 6, & General manager was not accommodating.
