I was there Thursday Jan. 16th, 2020. I bought the $92 deal for a 20 minute age spot removal. It wasn’t even 20 minutes. The treatment didn’t even feel like anything was being done. Today my spots look exactly the same not even slight discoloration towards flake n peeling.

I seriously want my money back. They are not professional at all. I purchased this as a gift. They don't answer their phone. Leaving a voicemail took them 3 days to return. Then the appointment wasn't scheduled for 2 weeks later. No instructions were given prior to the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 10:15. No other patients were in the office but wasn't called into a room until 10:50. The person explained the numbing cream would take two hours to numb, then they could begin the treatment. So unprofessional!!! I feel so bad that I gave someone I really Loved a horrible gift!!

The office was nice and inviting. It did not feel cold at all. The doctor was super friendly and walked me through the entire process. It was really fast and although I purchase three sessions she didn’t think I would need more.
