About Prairie Krafts Brewing Company

Prairie Krafts Brewing Company opened in 2016 as the first craft microbrewery in the village of Buffalo Grove. Since then, they've been impressing local beer aficionados with beer styles from across the globe. Their taproom is pet friendly and they have live music sets every third Monday.   • Trishul Pale Ale: a balanced three-hop blend with hints of oat and light caramel malts (6.2% ABV; 50 IBU)
  • Prairie Pilsner: an easy-drinking, light-bodied German pilsner style beer (5.3% ABV; 15 IBU)
  • Grove Amber: Light amber color, medium body, flavored with Mosaic hops as a dry hop addition (5.7% ABV; 32 IBU)
  • Player2 IPA: and American IPA with notes of papaya and tropical fruit notes (6.6% ABV; 70 IBU)
