This was a terrible experience. The employee had never worked at the water bikes before and didn’t provide any direction. We had to asked for a seat more than once and then point out where there were seats on the dock for the bike. Also my peddle fell off my bike about 10 minutes in and we were not offered another bike and I had to be pulled back in by my friend. Groupon credited me $4.

Great time. Nice rock walls. Perfect outdoor activity in the heart of the waterfront area for some good exercise and rock climbing experience. All the staff were kind and accommodating.

The zipline personnel at Riverworks were professional, insured everyone felt comfortable and safe during each leg of the zipline experience. Recommend!
