The staff is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all your questions. They stay with you the entire time, talking you through the process. I was a little nervous of the unknown but they put me at ease. I've tried it twice now. It doesn't take away my pain entirely but does lessen it some and makes me feel better overall. Give it a try and definitely try BUFFALO CRYO!
