The office staff is unfriendly and rude. The girl who was doing my cleaning was very rough with everything, made my mouth bleed and tried to continue to use that SAME piece of floss to finish my teeth. I asked her to use a new piece and she got all huffy puffy about me making that request. It was a very uncomfortable environment to be in.
