Worst experience. The lady was not professional at all. The entire time she was talking loudly on top of my head with another coworker. I had no chance to ask questions about the process. Her body odor was unpleasant and no instructions for taking care of my eye brown since it was my first time. Overall, I did not like the installation.

Literally use the same eyelash clusters you could buy at any drugstore. Eyelashes hurt. They look good but I’m not confident in how long they’re going to last.

Was surprised their store had a Groupon for the mink lashes at that price. The tech called the manager/owner to verify the price and validity lol. Afterwards, she pulled out faux mink lashes and asked me to check the length. I said to tech “faux?” No response from tech. I let her do the job (mind you she had an attitude) because I was pressed for time. Did an okay job and I would not recommend
