To be fair I checked uncle google to know what to expect, there is a checklist to follow for furnace tune up . The technician did not do most on that checklist, he just came to tell me if the furnace is working fine or not, what I would give him is that he kind of cleaned the flame sensor. The second thing I would like to mention is that the technician just showed up at my door without calling .

If I can give negative stars I would!! The company claims they called me upon arrival and since I missed the appointment the Groupon code that was used is now basically used a a trip charge A JOKE!!!
