The hotel is in bad need of updating the rooms especially the showers.

all floors had no ice machines working the shower was clogged we couldnt even get the kingsize room because there only available on the weekends

This was a river view 2 queen room. I will never stay in the hotel again and honestly I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down. I’m including pics of the room we were assigned to.
