What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
It's not a workout, its a dance party! We have playlists of fun dance-able pop and hip-hop songs. We also have a good variety of choreography that is challenging enough to keep you coming back, but repetitive enough that you can catch on quickly and keep moving the whole time.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have high energy music and high energy routines so that you can't help but move your body.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to offer classes for people who run on a different schedule that the average 9-5ers. I could never do the 5am range of classes myself, but the later classes were too far into the evening for me. So since 9am is my sweet spot, I figured it had to be for other people too.

What do you love most about your job?
That I really do feel like I am going to a dance party every single class! And I get a great workout every time.
