Could not understand where the guy was saying to park... WRITE IT ON THE TICKET! Also driver was texting on 2 phones while driving a van full of us all the way back to the lot from the airport. Horribly inconvenient and not at all worth the savings!

Arrive early. The lot was a bit further from the airport than we anticipated and the intake process only allows for one car at a time. So if multiple cars are checking in at once, there can be a back up. Staff was friendly, pick up at the airport was quick.
