Open M-F 11am to 6pm for guests, which Groupon holders are considered to be. If you’re interested in working out in the mornings or evenings, you’re out of luck. This is a scam.

The ad says you get one month of MEMBERSHIP. Instead what you really get is a one month guest pass. As a member you get 24 hour access. As a guest you only get access during staff hours which is Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Saturday 11am-3pm. That’s a total of 44 hours of access a week instead of 168 hours a week. I came here on Saturday at 1:30pm and the staff wasn’t here! Worst service ever.

The gym is great! The problem is I bought a one month membership for my step-father, using my groupon coupon, and your "restricted access" isn't working AT ALL. You say 10-8 (which is too late to begin with) but the staff NEVER ARRIVES until 10:15 or 10:30 and since he must be home by 11:00 for his medical treatment (as explained at length during our visit with the sales staff) he has had to just pack up and go home more often than being able to use the facility. He is feeling pressured to blow off the "free trial period" (as expected by corporate entities but not what we expected from from what described as a "local, family-owned, customer focused" business. Your first month trial membership should be unrestricted access/hours (like every gym) or your staff should come to work at 9 (like every other employee in every other business everywhere!!!) or, at worst, they should show up at 10 AS SCHEDULED. The lack of care in this regard is disrespectful and makes it seem like you didn't really care about his business after all.

Bought groupon cause they advertise 24 hour. The groupon does not get you 24 hour access unless you sign up. Which was really high. Wont get my money from this groupon. Very disappointed and satisfied.
